Latest updates with Nancy Ajram’s robbery
In the first response to the lawyer, Gaby Germanos, who was appointed by Nancy’s husband, Dr Fadi Al Hachem, after the decision of the Attorney General, judge Ghada Aoun, to charge Nancy’s husband with the crime of intentionally killing the Syrian citizen Muhammad Al-Mousa, and according to Article 54/222 of the Lebanese Penal Code, which states that "whoever kills a person intentionally will be sentenced to hard labor for 15 to 20 years." Germanos told our website: "We were not surprised by the current claim against Dr. Fadi Al Hachem, because the natural path is for the file to be transferred to the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, with our confirmation that the investigating judge will issue a decision considering the act of Dr. Fadi Al Hachem as a legitimate self-defense."
